We had a nice time, how ever we weren't that pleased with our seats. The lunch was good, but we get the same food all the time.

The trip was great! The staff is great, restuarant also very good.

My three-party group couldn't go on the trip due to an unplanned hospitalization which required our care, and the time-change that was only announced a week before the game. Even though "no refunds" is advertised on the site, I pleaded with the company via letters and phone calls to refund our $675.00. I was told that if the bus filled up, we'd be put on a "wait list" which may initiate a refund and reminded about the insurance they offer on purchases (we'd considered it until we read that only a percentage of the money is returned). One of my group called three days before the game to ask for the digital tickets be sent to her MLB account (the only way they would send them) to put them up for sale. She received them two days prior to the game but we weren't able to sell them. (Mind you, the trip was $225 each but the tickets were only worth $71.00 online). After this experience, we will never use Gary's Tours again. The company wreaks of not caring about their customers. We lost our money and learned the hard way. Gary's lost our respect and our business.

Fun day. Excellent bus rides to and from the Stadium. Great seats, perfect weather and the Yankees won. What could be better! Gary’s Tours are the best!
